What is SPC Training

SPC Training is our structured coaching system — small-group or 1:1 sessions built on progression, precision, and accountability. Each format is designed with purpose and delivered inside dedicated spaces like The Forge, The Arena, and The Inner Circle.

Do I need a specific membership to join SPC sessions?

No. Every membership works with SPC tokens. You can join any SPC session — Strength, Build, HYROX, Pilates — simply by using a token.

How do SPC tokens work?

SPC tokens give you access to coached sessions inside the club. Your membership includes a monthly number of tokens, and you can purchase extra tokens anytime if you want more sessions.

Which SPC format is right for me?

During onboarding, our team recommends the best approach based on your goals — strength, conditioning, HYROX prep, mobility, or Reformer Pilates. You can always mix formats depending on your needs.

Can I join classes even if I’m new or untrained?

Yes. All SPC sessions are coach-led, beginner-friendly, and built for progression. You train in small groups, so coaches can tailor intensity to your level.
