1. Introduction
Welcome to MANA® Social Performance Club Eindhoven (“MANA”, “the Club”, “we”, “us”).
By registering as a member, purchasing a pass, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and inspiring environment for all members and guests.
MANA is more than a gym. We are a Social Performance Club that integrates physical training, mental coaching, nutrition, and community to create a holistic environment for personal growth.
We expect members to respect the space, the community, and themselves.
2. Memberships
2.1 Structure
All memberships operate on a recurring 4-week billing cycle. Unless canceled in accordance with Section 8, memberships renew automatically.
2.2 Types of Memberships
MANA offers several membership tiers:

2.3 Minimum Commitment
Each membership requires a minimum of one 4-week billing cycle. Thereafter, you may cancel at any time with a 4-week notice.
2.4 Registration Fee
A one-time €35 registration fee applies to new members, which includes onboarding and a welcome package.
2.5 Age Requirement
Members must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian.
2.6 Access
Membership grants access to the Club during published opening hours, as well as participation in eligible group sessions based on your tier.
2.7 Personal Use
Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing access (physical or digital) may result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Payments
3.1 Billing Schedule
Payments are collected automatically every 4 weeks on fixed dates.
The 2025 collection dates are:

3.2 Payment Methods
Payments can be made by SEPA direct debit, credit card, or online checkout. By joining, you authorize MANA to debit your account on each billing date.
3.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you will be notified via email. A €10 administration fee may apply for each failed attempt. Access may be temporarily suspended until payment is settled.
3.4 Price Adjustments
MANA may adjust membership prices once per calendar year. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
4. Pausing or Freezing Memberships
Memberships can only be paused for medical reasons (with a valid doctor’s statement) or pregnancy.
The pause period may last up to 6 months, with a minimum of 1 month.
Requests must be made in advance via clubs@join-mana.com.
Retroactive pauses or refunds are not possible.
5. Cancellation
5.1 Standard Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to clubs@join-mana.com.
Your membership continues through your current billing cycle and ends after one additional full 4-week cycle.
Example:
If you cancel on April 3, and your billing cycle renews on April 23, your membership ends on May 21.
5.2 Confirmation
Always request a confirmation email. If you haven’t received one within 14 days, contact us again.
Without written confirmation, your cancellation is not valid.

We reserve the right to terminate any membership without refund if a member:
6. Facilities & Access
6.1 Opening Hours
Opening hours are listed on our website and may vary on holidays or during maintenance. Changes will be announced via email, app, or at the front desk.
6.2 Temporary Closures
MANA may temporarily close parts of the facility for events, renovations, or maintenance.
We will aim to provide notice, but temporary closures do not entitle members to refunds.
6.3 Lockers
Lockers are available for temporary use during visits. Items left overnight may be removed.
MANA is not liable for loss or theft of personal items.
6.4 Lost Items
Found items are kept for 14 days at reception. After that period, items may be donated or disposed of.

8. Filming, Photography & Media Use
8.1 Personal Filming
Members may film or photograph themselves as long as:

Professional shoots, brand partnerships, vlogs, or any content for external use require written approval from MANA.
Requests should be submitted to romy@join-mana.com at least 7 days in advance.
8.3 Brand Rights
By filming or photographing within the Club, you agree that MANA retains the right to request removal of any content deemed inappropriate or harmful to its reputation.
8.4 MANA Media
MANA may occasionally capture photo or video content for internal or promotional use. Members present at those times may appear in background footage. If you wish not to appear, notify staff on site.
9. Classes, Coaching & App Integration
9.1 Bookings
Classes can be booked via our website or app. Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
9.2 Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancel classes at least 4 hours before start. Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to temporary booking restrictions.
9.3 Coaching
All coaching (group or personal) is provided by certified MANA Coaches.
Packages or credits are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
9.4 MANA App
Your membership may include access to the MANA App, where you can track progress, earn points, and interact with the Social Gym Platform.
All app use is subject to the separate MANA App Terms of Use.
10. Day & Month Passes
10.1 Day Pass
€29,95 — valid for one training session or class.
If you become a member within 24 hours, this fee is credited as bar credit.
11. Personal Training
Personal training sessions can be booked separately via clubs@join-mana.com or through the app.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are charged in full.
12. Liability & Health
12.1 Personal Responsibility
All training and participation are at your own risk.
By joining, you confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in fitness activity.
12.2 Medical Conditions
Always inform your coach or staff of any medical condition that could affect your training.
12.3 Injury
MANA is not liable for injuries or damages sustained during training, use of facilities, or events, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. MANA processes your data according to GDPR.

14. Property & Intellectual Rights
All content, visuals, and systems related to MANA®, including the MANA Social Gym Platform, MANA Points, and MOVE™ system, are protected intellectual property.
Any reproduction, duplication, or use of MANA’s brand assets without consent is prohibited.
15. Behavior & Disciplinary Actions
MANA reserves the right to:

16. Events & Challenges
Participation in events, workshops, or challenges hosted by MANA is voluntary.
All event participation is at your own risk.

18. Force Majeure
If MANA must close temporarily due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., government restrictions, fire, or pandemics), memberships will be extended or credited proportionally. Refunds are not guaranteed.
19. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes should first be addressed directly to clubs@join-mana.com.
If unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
20. Changes to Terms
MANA may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version is always available at www.join-mana.com/terms.
Members will be notified of substantial changes via email or the MANA App.
